STUDIO POLICIES & AFTERCARE GUIDELINES

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

1. Booking & Scheduling
• All appointments must be booked through Booksy
• Please select appropriate service options when booking
• Incorrect service selection may result in incomplete service due to allocated time constraints
• Inspiration photos can be sent prior to appointment for discussion

2. Arrival & Punctuality
• Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time
• Early arrivals may need to wait until scheduled time
• Appointments may be cancelled with full fee forfeiture if 15+ minutes late

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• 72-hour notice required for cancellations
• Booking fee non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours
• One complimentary reschedule permitted with 72-hour notice

4. Studio Environment
• Private, one-to-one service space
• Additional guests only permitted if booked for services
• Clean hands required before appointment

5. Health & Safety
• Please disclose any previous product reactions
• Allergy information required (especially for glue/plasters)
• Client record cards mandatory for insurance purposes (GDPR compliant)

6. Service Prerequisites
• Previous nail products must be removed before appointment
• We do not remove or work over other technicians' work
• Non-compliance may result in appointment cancellation with full fee applied

7. Photography Consent
• Photos of hands (wrist to fingertips) and nails will be taken for social media/marketing
• Please inform before service if you wish to decline

AFTERCARE GUIDELINES

1. Daily Care
• Avoid using nails as tools
• Apply cuticle oil daily
• Wear protective gloves during cleaning/water exposure

2. Maintenance
• Schedule infills every 2-3 weeks
• Monitor for any lifting or looseness
• Report concerns immediately to prevent bacterial growth

3. Warning Signs
• Watch for any unusual changes or discomfort
• Contact immediately if experiencing lifting or moisture issues
• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals
